You will need: Sweet Potato(s)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 teaspoon per potato) Dry Oregano flakes (1/2 teaspoon per potato) And or Dry Rosemary leaves (1/2 teaspoon per potato)

Pre-heat oven to 120 to 140 degrees. Clean potato(s) and slice as evenly as possible in to 1/8" thick slices. Be sure to remove any black or green spots. Place slices into a bowl large enough to permit mixing. Add the olive oil and mix to lightly coat all slices. Add more oil if necessary. Add the oregano and or rosemary and mix again until all slices are spiced. Place slices on a cookie sheet in a single layer and place in the oven for 6 to 12 hours until chips are crisp. Flip chips occasionally. *** For best results; use a food dehydrator instead of oven drying. Follow all preparation steps then follow the drying instructions for your unit. ***

Sounds like a great treat; thanks for sharing :)

I will have to put this on my list of things to try.

So do you guys sell these too?

We do for special clients. We don't really market them though because we can't compete with the products made in China. That goes the same for our chicken strips.

But yes; if you are interested we can give you a price. :)
